We will do online marketing and publish your holiday home on the most secure and specialized platforms, advertising of the property for short-term rentals in periods of 1 – 2 weeks and up to 3 months – longer vacation rentals are very popular during the winter season, we will publish the property in addition to specific web portals, in our large database of customers who are waiting to rent.

The property owner will decide how many weeks he would like to have it rented, this could vary from a few weeks to 52 weeks a year. To get the best result it is advisable not to reserve the high season yourself, if you take your own reservations. In case you require cleaning in the house for your family or friends, these will be charged according to our cleaning price rate.

Your property will be advertised on www.marmanagement.es and other Top-Websites specialized in vacation rentals.

To the guests, we will send a contract and booking reservation form, we will take care of the collection management, send addresses of the property and a meeting point, on arrival we will wait for them in a central place with the keys and we will accompany them to the house, we will explain all the operation in the house and in the Community, we will provide them with our mobile phone number in case of questions or emergency, during arrival with the data of guests over 16 years of age we will fill in the Traveler Arrivals Registration Form at the Police Station, we will collect a security deposit, during the stay we will check with the guests that everything is fine and that they are happy, later at the departure we will inspect the house and collect the keys, we will return the security deposit subject to possible visible damage, and after departure we will do a professional changeover cleaning and replace fresh towels and fresh bed linen, in addition to care toilet products and amenities and a welcome detail for the next guests.

In order to provide our property owners with the best and most competitive rental rates, which are carried out under market research periodically, and to compare similar properties in terms of prices, in terms of furniture , location and its build quality. AirBnb, for its management, charges the owner 15% of the total money paid by the guest in the reservation.

In this reservation, AirBnb they charge €9 Euros for the cleaning and laundry fee.

In this reservation, the cleaning and laundry company charges 42.15+VAT= 51€ Euros.

In this AirBnb reservation, this platform charges the owner of the money paid by the guest for accommodation €189 Euros for mediation.

Mar Management, charges for its management 22% + VAT of the money deposited in the owner’s bank account. The total amount including VAT that Mar Management charges for this reservation is only €285.10 Euros, with all procedures included.

In other words, Mar Management do not charge from the total fixed price for this accommodation €1.260 Euros, but from the resulting amount €1.071 Euros. Attention, other Agencies charge based on the fixed price per accommodation, that is, it is more expensive for the Homeowner. At Mar Management we offer many advantages.
