Doña Sofia is an exclusive block of apartments at the edge of the bustling town of Fuengirola. It is quiet, while being within a very easy walk of many and varied restaurants, shops and transport. 

This air conditioned two-bedroomed apartment is on the fourth floor, and is served by lifts. There is a full-time concierge and an English caretaker. The ‘Blue-Flag’ beach (with water sports, beach beds and brollies for hire) is just a few yards away, as are many restaurants and a children’s play park. The sunny balcony has relaxing and dining facilities for four people. The fully equipped kitchen, the modern bathrooms and the spacious living area, with free WiFi Fiber Optic and English & Spanish TV channels, provide everything you might need, whether for a week or for a long let. 

The area is ideal at all seasons, with the wonderful soft climate for winter, the excellent beach for summer, the flowers and colours of spring and the ferias of autumn. Water and electricity are included. There is ample parking nearby and our secure underground parking space can be rented at a small cost. 

Maximum capacity up to 4 people. No pets. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No parties or events.

• February: €110 euros per night
• March: € 120 euros per night
• April: €140 euros per night
• May: €150 euros per night
• June: €160 euros per night
• July: €170 euros per night
• August: €190 euros per night
• September: €180 euros per night

– Minimum stay 7 nights.

– Final cleaning and laundry: €170 euros per stay.

– Deposit of €300 euros which is returned upon departure if everything is correct.

ATTENTION: According to Law 13/2011, of December 23, through Royal Decree 31/2024, of January 29, a few days before arrival, all guests without exception, including all minors, will be required to complete the Traveler’s Parts for Registration with the Spanish Authorities. To fill in personal data and payment details for your reservation.

We will send you a Registration link to fill in all the necessary data comfortably on your mobile phone, tablet, computer. Upon arrival at the accommodation, you must show one of our Agents the Passport or ID with which you have registered.

VERY IMPORTANT: Without having proceeded with the Registration of all the travelers in your party at the latest 1 day before your arrival, we will not hand over the keys, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled according to the cancellation policy of the accommodation.
