Apartment of about 90 m2, located on the first floor, with views of the sea and the communal pool. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with capacity for 2 people. The master bedroom has air conditioning/heating and a Smart TV. A bathroom with shower and bidet, and a toilet. Living room of about 20 m2 with air conditioning/heating, Smart TV and a device with hundreds of international channels. Kitchen integrated into the living room, equipped with appliances, such as a washing machine, microwave-oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and kitchenware for 6 guests. Free fiber optic WiFi. Security alarm.

Costamar residential complex, a very quiet community, adapted for baby strollers and disabled people, has an elevator. Large community pool with direct access to the promenade, with large garden areas with natural grass and a children’s pool area. ATTENTION: Private parking with a charger for electric cars is available upon prior request.

Very lively area, just below the building and in the surrounding areas you will find countless restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops, pharmacy, banks, hairdressers, and leisure areas for the little ones to enjoy. Pets, events or parties of any kind are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Maximum occupancy 6 guests. It is not rented to groups of young people under 25 years of age. Ask about availability.

– Minimum stay 7 nights.

– Final cleaning and laundry : €190 euros per stay.

– Deposit of €300 euros which is returned upon departure if everything is correct.

To fill in personal data and payment details for your reservation.

We will send you a Registration link to fill in all the necessary data comfortably on your mobile phone, tablet, computer. Upon arrival at the accommodation, you must show one of our Agents the Passport or ID with which you have registered.

VERY IMPORTANT: Without having proceeded with the Registration of all the travelers in your party at the latest 1 day before your arrival, we will not hand over the keys, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled according to the cancellation policy of the accommodation.
