This brand-new home, completely renovated and fully equipped apartment features plenty of natural light. It’s located on the corner of the building. The Los Jarales complex is very secure and private. It is fenced around the entire perimeter and is exclusively for residents. It is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, wheelchairs, or strollers. It has large, well-maintained garden areas, mature trees, two adult pools and one children’s pool, fully fenced for safety. Several umbrellas and sun loungers are provided, as well as natural grass. Maximum 4 guests. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Parties or events of any kind are not permitted.

– Final cleaning and laundry : €190 euros per stay.

– Deposit of €500 euros which is returned upon departure if everything is correct.
