It has 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 with a doublé bed (one of them with a terrace) and 1 bedroom with two single beds, all with large closets, an en suite bathroom and the other bathroom in the hallway that joins the other bedrooms, the Living room has about 25m2, with Smart TV, with access to a terrace equipped with comfortable furniture, kitchen of about 15m2 with all appliances including dishwasher and kitchenware for up to 6 people, outside laundry room with a large 120L electric water heater and washing machine. Fiber optic WiFi. The apartment has a new cot and high chair for babies, at no additional cost.

Residential complex with few neighbors and very quiet, fully fenced for your safety, with 1 swimming pool for adults and 1 children’s pool, large green areas and a small playground. Private parking no. 42. Easy parking in the surroundings. Near the Carrefour Supermarket. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, etc. Near the highway. Beach about 10 minutes walk, about 800m away. Malaga international airport 26km.

Maximum capacity up to 6 people. No pets. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No parties or events.

• April: €120 euros per night
• May: €135 euros per night
• June: €145 euros per night
• July: €175 euros per night
• August: €190 euros per night 
• September: €175 euros per night

– Minimum stay 7 nights.

– Final cleaning and laundry: €200 euros per stay.

– Deposit of €400 euros which is returned upon departure if everything is correct.

ATTENTION: According to Law 13/2011, of December 23, through Royal Decree 31/2024, of January 29, a few days before arrival, all guests without exception, including all minors, will be required to complete the Traveler’s Parts for Registration with the Spanish Authorities. To fill in personal data and payment details for your reservation.

We will send you a Registration link to fill in all the necessary data comfortably on your mobile phone, tablet, computer. Upon arrival at the accommodation, you must show one of our Agents the Passport or ID with which you have registered.

VERY IMPORTANT: Without having proceeded with the Registration of all the travelers in your party at the latest 1 day before your arrival, we will not hand over the keys, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled according to the cancellation policy of the accommodation.
