Villa Veleta – something truly special. A fabulous Villa, spacious, very cozy and with total privacy. Luxuriously furnished and decorated with an original mix of natural and modern wooden furniture, set in lush private gardens with mature trees, palms and exotic plants. There are numerous terraces and seating areas in the shade and a large 10 x 4 meter saltwater pool… You will find the perfect environment to relax in the shade, lie in the sun or cool off in the inviting water of the pool. Located in the exclusive area of Veracruz, just a few minutes drive from the picturesque Spanish white village of Benalmádena Pueblo, from the beach or the marina with its restaurant and entertainment areas.

The Villa is distributed on 2 levels with very easy access, a useful area of 295m2, and a plot of 800m2, on the main floor there is a 45m2 living-dining room with air conditioning, television, stereo…. The very bright kitchen equipped with all electrical appliances is very practical for cooking your favorite dishes. A 20m2 bedroom with a double bed and a spectacular private terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and a bathroom with shower. Connected by a wide and comfortable staircase you access the ground floor, where you will find 3 double bedrooms. Two of them are very spacious, about 18 and 20 m2 with King Size double beds (160×200) and another with 2 single beds that can be joined if desired. All bedrooms and rooms have large windows facing the pool and the sea, in this On the first floor there are two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with an Italian shower en suite). From this floor there is direct access to the garden area, small organic garden, outdoor garage, and the impressive pool. There is air conditioning in the 3 double rooms (with double beds) and in the living room. In the bedroom with the two single beds there is a fan.

From the spacious and bright living room there is access through sliding doors to the front patio and the main terrace of more than 60m2, with fabulous and privileged views towards the coast and North Africa, an area which is shaded and equipped with a sofa, a wooden table terrace for up to 8 people, and the best thing is a huge barbecue built in Argentinean style.

Further down, with views of the pool, the gardens, and the sea, there is another beautiful chill-out terrace that is casually furnished with sofas and cushions… a perfect place to relax on a warm summer afternoon sharing a glass of Rioja with your friends. friends and family while you cook the ‘prawns or ribeye’ on the BBQ. Or maybe you prefer to read a book or just daydream about your next visit to Villa Veleta!

The entire pool area is secluded with complete privacy and has fabulous views in all directions towards the coast and out to sea. Due to its location, Villa Veleta transmits a great quality of peace and tranquility both during the day and at night. The property has many different spaces and environments for members of a large group to find their own corner to enjoy a wonderful stay…

Car is recommended, the Villa is located in a high area, an area with very steep slopes. Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets 1.1km away. Beach at 3.8 km. Train 2.5km. City center 2.7 km. Highway 2km. Airport 13km. Malaga at 22km. The famous “Caminito del Rey” is less than an hour away by car.

Maximum capacity up to 8 people. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the property. No parties or events, or wedding parties. No groups of young people under 25 years old, and no groups of people of the same sex.

Note 1: There is no fence around the pool.
Note 2: The gardener will come to the house at least once a week to maintain the gardens and the pool.

• June: €520 euros per night
• July: €560 euros per night
• August: €620 euros per night
• September: €520 euros pero night

– Minimum stay 7 nights.

– Final cleaning and laundry: €350 euros per stay.

– Deposit of €800 euros which is returned upon departure if everything is correct.
