This charming villa is tastefully decorated, modern style, with Ibizan notes, warm colors, with lots of light and natural ventilation in all its rooms, which provides you and your family or friends with a dream stay and comfort in equal parts, you will feel privileged.

Villa Mkondo located on a plot of 1,234m2, it has a Villa with a maximum capacity of 6 guests in total, it has a large entrance porch with comfortable sofas and armchairs with good awnings to protect from the sun on hot days, it also has another rear porch with a dining or breakfast area, inside it is distributed in 1 large living room with an integrated American-style kitchen, 3 double bedrooms 2 with super king size beds and 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 2 large full bathrooms, one of them ensuite. Air conditioning and heating with individual regulator in 2 bedrooms of the house and in the living room.

Private pool 8x5m, with a depth of 1.10m to 2.20m. Several sun loungers and parasols, as well as a covered and cool area with large sofas and wicker armchairs.

• March: €290 euros per night

– Minimum stay 7 nights.

– Final cleaning and laundry: 350€ euros per stay.

– Deposit of 800€ euros which is returned upon departure if everything is correct.

ATTENTION: According to Law 13/2011, of December 23, through Royal Decree 31/2024, of January 29, a few days before arrival, all guests without exception, including all minors, will be required to complete the Traveler’s Parts for Registration with the Spanish Authorities. To fill in personal data and payment details for your reservation.

We will send you a Registration link to fill in all the necessary data comfortably on your mobile phone, tablet, computer. Upon arrival at the accommodation, you must show one of our Agents the Passport or ID with which you have registered.

VERY IMPORTANT: Without having proceeded with the Registration of all the travelers in your party at the latest 1 day before your arrival, we will not hand over the keys, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled according to the cancellation policy of the accommodation.
