The apartment is of good quality, it consists of about 90m2 of housing + 60m2 of outdoor terrace equipped with terrace furniture and awning. It is distributed in a 25m2 living room with a comfortable sofa, with air conditioning and heat pump, a very spacious and bright glazed dining area, an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need, 2 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and bathroom en suite, a bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunked bed (2  beds), a bathroom with shower. It also offers 2 very large, completely private and closed garage spaces with remote control opening.

The urbanization is very quiet and safe, it has 2 swimming pools and green areas, it is located on Calle Sierra Nevada in Fuengirola. Just 300m from the Carvajal train station. 750m from the beach. Close to restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket. 4km from the center of Fuengirola. 20km from Malaga airport.

– Final cleaning and laundry: €170 euros per stay.

– Deposit of €400 euros which is returned upon departure if everything is correct.
