Once at the property the guests will be informed about the property, and its facilities and shown how to lock up securely, and be informed too about the surrounding area. The keys are given to the guest with instructions on the departure procedure.
We endeavour to answer any questions raised by the guest and supply them with contact numbers for emergencies or in case they have any questions during their stay. Property will be checked before departure for any visible damage.
Meet & Greet service is free if the guests bookings are made through MAR Management.
