The house is newly built, it is decorated in a modern style, with high-quality equipment and furniture, and avant-garde design, all of which gives you and your family or friends a dream and comfortable stay.

The White House is distributed over 2 built levels of 240m2 in total + 90m2 solarium roof terrace with sun all day, equipped with terrace furniture and large umbrellas for the summer months, the house has modern facilities, several sunny terraces with fantastic views of the mountains and community areas, the El Castillo natural park is only 300m away, and the famous Miramar Shopping Center is only 400m away. The OAK 47 Urbanization is located in an exclusive residential area, very quiet to rest and at the same time very close to the city, there is a children’s pool, and an adult pool adapted for people with reduced mobility, you will also find a sauna, and a huge community gym for guest use, the complex is fenced and monitored by security cameras.

In the house you will find three comfortable, bright and spacious bedrooms, one of them with a complete bathroom en suite, another bathroom with a bathtub, and a courtesy toilet on the main floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds individual rooms, all with large closets in each room, a large living-dining room, a modern kitchen equipped with all Bosch appliances, and an osmosis system that provides drinking water in the house. Each room has individually regulated air conditioning and heating, and Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house. At the back of the house there is a private parking area with capacity for 2 cars. In the house you will find a barbecue, sun loungers, a security lock, a safe, and 2 security cameras that monitor the exterior areas of the house. Smat TV with international channels and Netflix. Maximum capacity up to 6 people. No pets. Smoking is not allowed in the property. No parties or events, or wedding parties. No groups of young people under 25 years old, and no groups of people of the same sex.

– Minimum stay 7 nights.

– Final cleaning and laundry: €220euros per stay.

– Deposit of €500 euros which is returned upon departure if everything is correct.
