This beautiful Finca of extraordinary dimensions, equipped with great detail, is located in an exclusive residential area of Mijas, just a few minutes from the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo and close to the beaches of Fuengirola; it is one of the villas with the largest mature gardens and the most welcoming and elegant in the entire area of La Alquería.

This charming villa is decorated with great taste, modern Nordic style, with Ibizan notes, original paintings and with natural materials, warm colours and lots of natural light in all its rooms, which gives you and your family or friends a dream stay and comfort in equal parts, you will feel privileged.

Finca La Yedra is made up of 2 houses within the same large plot, separated but very close to each other, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests, the main house is distributed on 2 levels with modern facilities, the total built area is 352m2, within a private plot of 2,559m2 with large garden areas with natural lawn, native flowers and plants, many fruit trees and mature trees, there is a large private pool for the enjoyment of guests with dimensions of 8m long x 4m wide, several sunny terraces with partial views of the Mediterranean, the mountains of the Sierra Mijas and the  city of Fuengirola. In the main villa you will find four comfortable and spacious bedrooms, three comfortable bathrooms, there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,  two very large independent living rooms, a huge modern kitchen diner equipped with all appliances. There is a wood burning stove in both the kitchen diner and the main living room.  Each room has air conditioning and heating with individual regulation, and the Wi-Fi connection is available practically throughout the villa, it is also equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers and an alarm with integrated smoke alarm.

La Casita Bonita, the Studio, is distributed in 46m2, with 1 bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom, kitchen & private terrace where you can disconnect and relax in nature.

The Finca is just 1.9km from the centre of the beautiful town of Mijas pueblo, a typically quintessential Spanish white village where you will find several charming squares, many and varied restaurants, bars, bakeries, butchers, liquor stores and tobacconists, pharmacy, various grocery stores, supermarkets, etc. The national park of Sierra Mijas (excellent for walking) is 2km away. Golf courses at 5km. Fuengirola beach 8km. Marbella 35km. Malaga airport is 26km, just 25 minutes away. Airconditioning (cool and central heating). International airport nearby. Note 1: The house is unsuitable for toddlers as there is no pool gate, and there is only a post & rail fence around the terrace with a drop the other side.
Note 2: In some areas of the main house there are slightly lower ceilings.
Note 3: The gardener will come to the house at least once a week to maintain the gardens and the pool.
